Return Policy
At High Noon Pottery, each ceramic piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, the fragile materials involved, and the possibility of pieces being used which makes something unsellable, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any pieces once they have been shipped. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us at highnoonpottery@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
Although we do not accept returns, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order information before submitting it. We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
**Custom & Pre-Order Pieces**
Custom and pre-orders (made-to-order) pieces are created specifically for you! These items are also non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances. The ceramic process is slow and many hiccups can happen along the way like, personal illness or injury, kiln malfunctions, etc. All pre-order pieces are made with care, patience and understanding, especially around the holidays are very appreciated! :)
